Here is a couple more block character drawings, names are unknown at the moment but i like the idea of having alliteration such as Baily Bear and Bartley Bear, Im always happy to here names for these guys so any ideas drop them in comments! :)

More Blocks!

After the designs of my pixel block characters, i have taken the bears and crossed them over from the design to paper toys and I have also created Mr squirrel. currently at the moment I'm looking into what themes of animals would fir well from what I'm doing and at the moment i have Farmyard such as pig, chicken and the cow, there is the woodland critters, squirrels, bears, deer and the owl and finally pets such as the cat, the Dog and the hamster.

More focused

another step in the making! after going through my work on friday, with the help of Josh and the rest of the MA crew, i have finaly gone for the option of creating the bears, the reasons are it still keeps the old pixel feel with the blocky characetrs and soild colour. so the next step is to use my paper toy layout and create the bears into the 3D paper models while also looking into more animal designs. Happy Days yet again! :)

Here is a few more ideas of basic shapes so here i have a square bear and the drops both very different concepts and again just more exploring! :)

Paper Toys

Here we go again with another design i tried out my own paper toys and here is fred and the pink! one has already been made up and made into a success! maybe next do my own characters?!

Ball Toys

Here is another idea of taking two rounded shapes and making them into simple characters. these won't be too hard to make I'm still exploring but I'm confident with some of my designs so far and still have a few up my sleeve enjoy! :)

Moo TV

Here is one of the toy ideas I've been working trying to keep a real simple childish look to make it more appealing and  there are other ideas such as dogs, cats and TV icons. small shapes are used with changeable faces with other animals and you can also put your own photo in the TV and maybe next time i can look into different TVs.
